No. Every rental includes our damage waiver, which caps your cost for accidental damage to the machine at $500. It doesn't cover injuries or damage to other people's property, so business customers should carry general liability.
Damage from misuse is billed at the full repair or replacement cost. That includes operating in deep water or mud, overloading, unsafe slopes, using the wrong fuel, letting someone unauthorized operate it, or theft without a police report. The full list is in our rental terms, and we go over it at delivery.
You must be 18 or older, with a valid driver's license and a credit card in the same name. The $500 deposit is held on that card and released within 7 days after the rental.
Yes, free with at least 24 hours' notice. If rain or bad weather cancels your job, we'll reschedule at no charge.
Yes. Florida law requires contacting Sunshine 811 and waiting for underground utilities to be marked before you dig.
It's free. Book and verify your ID online, and once your booking is confirmed we text you the address and your machine's start code. The machine will be waiting in our St. Augustine driveway with your attachments. Take photos of it before you load up, and bring a trailer and tow vehicle rated for the load, plus chains and binders. You're responsible for loading, hauling, and unloading, and the damage waiver doesn't cover damage during your transport. Return it the same way and text us when it's back.
